Steve Caine is an attorney and Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio. A graduate of the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Mr. Caine has customized hundreds of individual and business estate plans, buy/sell agreements and various business contracts. His experience includes working as a tax consultant for the international consulting firm of Arthur Andersen; a computer systems consultant for the international accounting firm of Pete Marwick; a business valuation auditor for Barclays Bank of America; a business valuation expert witness for large Cleveland law firms and as a business succession and estate tax consultant to many financial planning organizations.
